Flamingo Apartments is a site to showcase a holiday home that the client has in southern Turkey.

I chose the Turkish flag for the colour scheme and used dynamic HTML to make the gallery more user friendly.

The Fancie Cake Company believe that every life occasion is a cause for celebration. So whether your celebration is a Wedding, an Engagement, Retirement, Birthday, Christening or a big Corporate Party, The Fancie Cake Company can offer you 'something fancy' for your day.

They needed a site to showcase both their range of wonderful cakes as well as their fun attitude to life. To accomplish this a colourful, bright design incorporating a fading slide show of celebratory cakes was used.

The Couture Cupcake Company was inspired by the recent popularity of high-fashion cupcakes in New York and London. After simple beginnings with a cupcake stall at the Saturday markets they received increasing interest in large and custom orders.

At this time it was felt that a website would add brand value as well as showcase the product range. The website was designed to reflect the uniqueness and style of the Couture Cupcake while still being functional enough to facilitate the ordering process.

Square Foot Ceramics approached Steak Not Burger 18 months ago to recreate their site with up-to-date web technologies such as Flash.

Recently as the business has continued to grow and with the addition of a new brand identity, it was time to update the site with a completely new look. Steak Not Burger was given the task of updating the site to match the new print collateral and to give increased emphasis on the products in situ.

Biccies make luxury hand made biscuits packaged in a variety of unique ways from boxes to bouquets for the perfect gift.

The Biccies website was created to convey a friendly, quirky brand identity similar to the Innocent brand. The site also implements basic e-commerce tools wih the ability to take payments for customer convenience.

Despite being quite a large site, it remains easy to navigate by avoiding multiple links for the same page and keeping to a clear, simple design.

Susana Tiles is an upmarket Kitchen and Bathroom Tile store in Amersham. The owner also owns a tile store in Chessington (Square Foot Ceramics) which already has a website designed by Steak Not Burger.

The original Susana Tiles site was very dated and so a simple, clean, modern look was the requested to reflect the style of the products and store. The result is a simple, easy to navigate site that gives the store an important web presence.

Authentic Alps is a company that rents chalets in the Morillon region of the French Alps. They offer skiing breaks in the winter as well as summer activity holidays – allowing them to operate all year round.

They already had a site built in Flash but had begun to find it slow to use, difficult to maintain and due to its construction, poor for search engine optimisation.

To solve these issues, Steak Not Burger re-built the site in HTML and up-dated the look, feel and navigation for a more user-friendly experience.

OTTfilms started life as an online forum where filmmakers from all areas of expertise could discuss and share ideas. From this simple beginning members starting producing short films together, with 18 films being made during 2006.

Now known as a collaboration of filmmakers they needed a site promoting themselves - to both attract new members and to enable them to show filmographies of all the work they have produced together to date. The revamped site now has the overall effect of spreading awareness and raising kudos for the group.

Show Me Adam is an online portfolio of work produced by Adam from Steak Not Burger. It was created as an effective and efficient way of displaying this work for all to see, including prospective employers.

This site utilises some Flash technology for simple animations which could also work well to complement your site.

Here's Jeremy is an online portfolio created for a student at Bournemouth University (and a friend of Steak Not Burger). Jeremy is studying a Product Design Degree in which he under goes a 40 week work placement. The aim of the site was to create an online portfolio to display his work to greatly increase the possibility of work opportunities available to him.

By utilising HTML and Flash, to make the home page more dynamic, it was possible to create a more interesting site whilst keeping the navigation and visual appeal user friendly.

Denver Asphalt is a surfacing and construction company working nationwide on both domestic and commercial projects. They wanted the website to reflect the fact they have the experience, expertise, and equipment to provide complete solutions to their customers.

The site was designed to raise the profile of their company, to show the range of services that can be provided, and to be readily accessible to both their domestic and commercial customers.
